Our Crops

CHERRIES - harvested mid June

  • Bing Cherries: We pack 10.5 row and 9.5 row only in BIGFORK World Class labels.
  • Rainier's: #1 Washington quality
  • Vans: a Washington sweet cherry. We pack in a second label for price points for discount and Fruit Stand operators.
  • Bings: 11.5 row & smaller are packed in a second label also for our discount and price point operators.
  • The cherries should be in bloom the beginning of April. Picking will probably be the second week of June. We are looking forward to a good crop.

    PEACHES - harvested July 15 - Sept. 5

We harvest Red Havens, Yakima Hales, Delp Hales and Golden Elbertas. They are packed in BIGFORK World Class labels, a natural transition from our cherry program to our peach program available only in Washinton State at this time.

    Apples - harvested Aug. 15 - Oct. 15

    • Royal Gala
    • Red Delicious
    • Granny Smith
    • Fuji
    • Braeburn

All apples are picked for size, color, sugar content, crispness, and they are 100% ripe. We check pressure and sugar content daily to assure your customer will never get a poor quality apple. These are regular storage apples and available only during peak harvest time. We will not pick BIGFORK World Class apples before their time.

We recommend all apples be kept under refrigeration while in storage and on the sales floor.
